Who We Are
Premier Utility Solutions is a family owned and operated company, serving the state of Montana
Christopher Mosher, Owner and Operator of Premier Utility Solutions has been working in the construction field since 1996.
Throughout his career, he has worked all aspects of both residential and civil services; starting out digging in ditches by hand, to owning and operating his own excavation company.
While working for himself, Christopher had a desire to learn more about large underground infrastructure and project management, so he took a break from business ownership and worked for 15 years within a large City municipal utility department.
During those 15 years, Chris became proficient in working, leading and managing projects related to water and sewer infrastructure. As a supervisor, Chris maintained successful responsibility over the City's safe water drinking program, construction department, maintenance department, meter department and provided ample support to multi-million dollar CIP projects.
